RENIVO

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to RENIVOLT L.L.C. consulting projects and monthly retainers, unless a signed agreement states different terms.

Deposits

If a deposit is required, its amount and due date will be stated in your written proposal before you commit. The deposit is credited toward your agreed fee. If you cancel, we will refund any unused portion after deducting work already completed and non-recoverable costs expressly approved for your project. If we cannot begin the agreed work, we will refund the unused deposit.

Notice and cancellation

Please send cancellation requests to admin@renivolt.com in writing at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start of a project or the next retainer period. If you cancel with less notice, you are still responsible for work already performed and approved non-recoverable costs, but we will refund any unearned amount. We will confirm receipt and provide an itemized account of work and costs.

Projects

If a project is cancelled after work starts, we will charge for completed work and approved non-recoverable expenses up to the cancellation date and refund any remaining prepaid balance. Completed, delivered work is not refundable merely because plans change or a particular commercial result is not achieved. If we fail to deliver an agreed service, please tell us promptly so we can discuss a reasonable remedy or refund for the undelivered portion.

Retainers

Retainers cover the agreed monthly service period. Give at least 7 calendar days’ written notice before the next period to stop renewal. When cancellation occurs during a paid period, we will account for work performed and approved non-recoverable costs and refund any unearned prepaid balance. No new period will be charged after cancellation takes effect.

How refunds are handled

Send a request with your name, project or invoice reference, and reason to admin@renivolt.com. We will review it against the written scope and payment record and confirm the amount due. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; processing time depends on the payment provider. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
