Terms of Service
These terms apply to consulting services provided by RENIVOLT L.L.C. Please read them alongside your written proposal or agreement.
Services and scope
RENIVOLT L.L.C. provides Shopify setup, payment integration, and online retail strategy consulting. A written proposal or agreement will set out the deliverables, timeline, fees, and any project-specific terms. Work begins only after both parties agree to the scope. Changes to scope, timing, or fees must be agreed in writing.
Your responsibilities
You will provide timely access, accurate information, feedback, and approvals needed for the work. You remain responsible for your business decisions, store content, products, legal compliance, and the terms and fees of any third-party platforms or payment providers you use. Do not send passwords through the booking form; arrange secure access separately.
Fees and payment
Prices shown on the website are starting prices, not a binding quote. Your written proposal will state the actual price, payment schedule, and any deposit. Invoices are due according to that proposal. Third-party subscriptions, transaction charges, taxes, and other external costs are not included unless expressly stated. We may pause work on overdue invoices after notifying you.
Delivery and ownership
Any timetable depends on receiving the materials and approvals needed to proceed. After full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, excluding pre-existing tools, reusable methods, and third-party materials, which remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses. We may use those reusable methods in other work without disclosing your confidential information.
Results and limitations
We will perform services with reasonable care and skill, but cannot guarantee sales, traffic, conversion, payment-provider approval, or a particular business outcome. Shopify and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of us. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Confidentiality and termination
Each party will treat non-public business information received from the other as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to deliver the agreed services. Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the written proposal and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
